Quality Management Strategy
The MSP™ Quality Management Strategy (QMS) defines what criteria will be used to assess quality, what quality activities will be incorporated into the management and delivery of the programme, who will be responsible for carrying out these activities, and how the programme will meet required audit and organisation standards for quality assurance and quality control.
The QMS provides input to the planning of the programme and projects to ensure the required resources and time commitments are built into the plans. This provides a time frame for when managing quality will be undertaken.
