Resource Management Strategy
The MSP™ Resource Management Strategy should identify the resources required, how they will be acquired, managed and shared. The term resources covers people, assets, materials, funding and services.
Shared resources need to be planned and managed at the programme level, they typically cover:
- Staff - being involved in more than one project
- Infrastructure - shared buildings, office space
- Information - common information repository
- 3rd Party services - same service provider being used in a number of programme projects
