Maven's CEO Melanie Franklin describes how to use our on-site course training services.
You need to develop your organisation’s skills in project and change management. Qualifications are not necessarily the driver - it's more about building a robust approach to how you effect change - making sure that your processes, methods and techniques are known and applied consistently, and deliver business benefits.
Maven's Onsite Programme is a service which provides your organisation with bespoke learning and development solutions. For over ten years we have worked with individuals and teams in the public, private and third sectors analysing what their issues are and delivering solutions that meet their needs and can be implemented quickly and simply. These solutions take the form of workshops, coaching and mentoring programmes, creation of intranet pages providing access to templates and guidance documents and the provision of short-term additional resources to help with critical projects and changes.
Tailored to your specific requirements: The courses are tailored to your specific requirements and relate to your particular working policies and practices; staff can relate readily to the content in a meaningful context and we address only topics that are directly relevant to you
Delivered at your premises (or one of our training centres): Events will be delivered at a location that suits you. On-site events can reduce the amount of travel time and cost. Sensitive information and issues can be incorporated into training and discussed safely.
Run on a date that is convenient to you: Training is planned around your business schedule – workshops can be of a few hours duration to several days as and when you need them.
Your trainer will use your terminology and adapt to your culture: Content is based on your organisation, your circumstances. We develop exercises, examples and scenarios specific to you and in terms you use.
Confirms you value your staff and invest in their performance: You are seen to invest in development and, where applicable, give staff valuable, internationally recognised qualifications.
