Train to Gain Scheme

Train to Gain is a government initiative designed to help small and medium businesses in the UK gain access to quality training for their staff. You can receive significant funding to develop the leadership and management skills of people in your company.

We work closely with a Train to Gain adviser to ensure you meet your training and development needs with maximum support from the UK government.

How does it work?

A Train to Gain Advisor will meet organisation’s senior decision maker to identify their training needs, find an appropriate supplier (in this case, Maven Training), and take care of the paperwork. The person selected to take the course will sign up and send Train to Gain an invoice/ bill – the money will then be re-inversed to the Company’s account within 7 to 30 days (funding is up to £1000)

N/A

Organisations that employ between 5 and 249 people, are based within the UK and have not previously had support from Train to Gain. Managers – or anyone responsible for strategic direction – are also eligible for the grant.

Contact Samia Ahmed (s.ahmed@ttgbroker.com) to discuss your development needs, to find the right course for you and to arrange the funding.
