This is an examination-based course, which gives Delegates accreditation to PRINCE2™ Practitioner Level. The course equips Delegates with a detailed knowledge and structure of the method, working through each stage of Pre-Project Preparation and the Project Lifecycle. Exercises and practical activities on the course utilise a Financial Services Scenario. Delegates are asked to develop a realistic organisation structure for a project and develop a Business Case that would justify the project taking place. They will examine the risks and develop mitigation actions in response to these risks. Delegates will then use the scenario as the basis of the project plan that they create and they will examine how changes in the project leads to changes in the plan as well as the Business Case.
