This is the report produced at the end of the project in order to pass on details of any unfinished work, or any potential changes (e.g. change requests that were not actioned at the time). It contains an entry for every open project issue.

The PRINCE2™ Follow-On Actions Report will most probably be used by the support function, which has taken over the live operation of the project, and / or the programme management if your project was part of a programme.
