Highlight Report

The PRINCE2™ Highlight Report is the main communication between the Project Board and the Project Manager. The report allows the Project Board to ‘manage by exception’. However, even if the Project Board insists on monthly meetings, a PRINCE2™ Highlight Report will usually be produced at regular (possibly shorter) intervals.

The issues most relevant to each member of the Project Board must be considered in the PRINCE2™ Highlight Report and covered in a summary.
