The PRINCE2™ Issue Log is where all project issues are recorded and tracked. It might be easier to manage if the log is sorted by Category. Many people find it helpful to keep the change requests separate. Issues are numbered sequentially as they are added to the issues log.

Remember that the PRINCE2™ Issue Log can be updated at any time as the situation changes.
