Post Project Review Plan

The PRINCE2™ Post Project Review Plan tells the Project Executive when an assessment of the benefits from the project can be reasonably done, and how this can be managed.

This covers the effort required to assess whether the expected benefits have been achieved, and whether any unforeseen consequences are identified.
