Project Approach

The PRINCE2™ Project Approach sets out how the project is going to provide the benefits stated in the PRINCE2 Outline Business Case. The approach will help in developing plans and the PRINCE2™ Project Quality Plan.

In many projects only one approach is considered. This might be quite reasonable if there is Health and Safety or Quality issues and it forces the project to go down one pathway. However, it is usually worth looking at the many options available and making an informed judgement on the Project Approach.
