PRINCE2™ Stage Plan

This is the plan for the Stage, showing all of the products to be developed during that Stage.

The PRINCE2™ Stage Plan is generally at a lower level of detail than the Project Plan and is used as the basis for the Project Manager to control the project during the Stage. 

It is a dynamic document and the charts will be updated with actuals against plan as the stage progresses.
