Every client is different with, their unique challenges, their own culture and their own objectives. Therefore, it is important that the Project and Programme methodology chosen is aligned with the client’s objectives. Maven’s approach to any assignment is to work with the client as a partner to ensure we develop good working relationships across the organisation.
