Training needs analysis
To fully understand the requirement for project and programme management training, and to ensure that any training programme is customised to meet the requirements of the organisation, Maven will undertake a Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
Depending on the nature of the assignment, the TNA can be carried out via one to one meetings and interviews and staff questionnaires (online and paper copies).
Maven will summarise the results of the TNA in a report, and accompany this with a suggested Project and Programme Management Development Path. The Development Path highlights the training needs of different levels of staff and different levels of involvement in project management, and can form the basis of the customisation of the Course Development Tool.
