Maven Training Skills AcademyTM
Maven Training Skills AcademyTM offers a comprehensive range of courses specifically developed to equip delegates with the knowledge and techniques to achieve excellence in interpersonal skills in a project, programme and change environment. Courses are in a module form, designed to address key areas of development allowing delegates to undertake courses only in the areas in which they require additional support without having to sign up to courses which may not be appropriate.
These skills courses are designed to be highly participative focusing on providing delegates with an understanding of recognising particular patterns of behaviour, on creating the conditions for them to assess their own experiences and perceptions and to experiment with different approaches in a safe environment. Training methods include self analysis, group discussions, role plays and active learning techniques. All courses have a strong personal development ethos and time is provided for delegates to develop a personal action plan to be applied in the workplace.
