ITIL® Intermediate

ITIL® Expert

One must have the following to be eligible for the ITIL® Expert certification:

  • Minimum 17 credits from the Foundation, Practitioner and Intermediate modules
  • Must take and pass The Managing Across the Lifecycle (MALC) module to achieve a total of 22 credits

ITIL® Master

ITIL® Master Certification validates the ability of the delegate to apply principles, methods, and techniques from ITIL® within the organisation. One must have the following to be eligible for the ITIL® Master qualification

  • Reached the ITIL® Expert levels
  • Have work experience of IT service management for at least 5 years in any higher management advisory levels
