The APM Introductory Certificate is now known as APM Project Fundamentals Qualification(PFQ). It is a practical course for project managers or members of project teams and also those who aspires to be project managers. It wants a better understanding of the processes, tools and language of project management.
The course is intensive, and therefore delegates are also directed to undertake some revision work to prepare for the examination that will be taken at the completion of the course. The added work required will comprise consolidation reading and mock exam questions.
